Program Director

Ashley House is preparing to open our 15 bed pediatric skilled nursing facility, located in Shoreline Washington.  This is the first and only such facility in Washington State.  We are seeking an experienced, energetic Program Director to oversee its operation and participate in the preparations as we work toward the completion and opening of the facility. 

Certified Nursing Assistant

The CNA is responsible for giving personal care, following behavior plans, providing household services, and participating in identified individual care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse.  He or she understands the philosophy, purpose, policies and objectives, and standards of Ashley House and provides care in conformance with these established standards and policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse

At Ashley House, the work of our nurses is best described as extraordinary. Our clients are children and young adults with a variety of complex and serious medical conditions that require around the clock care. We are highly skilled group homes that provide long term, transitional, and respite care. We believe in holistic care to enrich our clients lives. Registered Nurse

Behavior Technician I

The Behavioral Technician is responsible for working with behaviorally challenged individuals that may have medical challenges as well. The responsibilities include implementing the behavioral plan, providing personal care, assisting with meal planning and preparation, household chores, planning outings that are physically and mentally appropriate, and participating in care planning and identified individual care activities. He or she understands the philosophy, purpose, policies and objectives, and standards of Ashley House and provides care in conformance with these established standards and policies.

Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant serves as an integral part of Ashley House’s HR Team.  This position supports the administrative functions and needs within the Human Resources Department.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering and routing of phone calls; Screening and routing of emails; Assisting in recruitment and background clearance efforts; File creation and archiving; Assisting with new hire on-boarding; Conducting research; Creating reports. Creating flyers and documents; Photo Copying; Performing data entry; Ordering supplies; Assisting in special projects; and, Assisting with other administrative needs in support of the common vision, mission, and goals of the organization.
