Clinical Support Specialist

The Clinical Support Specialist functions as an integral member of the Clinical Leadership Team, primarily focusing on the provision of operational administrative support to the clinical management team and staff.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting clinical policy and process development; Writing and updating of clinical policies based on current evident based practice and ensuring policy and practice alignment; Participating and assisting in providing direct client care as a participant in the clinical on-call rotations; Coordinating and providing oversite for the EMR system; Serving as a member of the Quality Assurance Team; Assisting in facility and staff compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements for the provision of care; and, Participating as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure a holistic approach is utilized to meet all client needs

House Supervisor

The House Supervisor functions as an integral member of the clinical team centrally focused on leading and supporting clinical staff and maintaining quality and continuity of care at the designated House.  The incumbent provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to healthcare staff working within the home. 

Nurse Delegate

Ashley house has implemented a unique nurse delegation program which will allow the ability to provide a higher level of care to our clients. CNA’s selected into the program will be trained to assist nurses in carrying out specific nursing responsibilities such as but not limited too; deep trach suctioning, medication administration, g-tube care, trach care & ties, and routine nebulizer treatments. 

Certified Nursing Assistant

The CNA is responsible for giving personal care, following behavior plans, providing household services, and participating in identified individual care activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse.  He or she understands the philosophy, purpose, policies and objectives, and standards of Ashley House and provides care in conformance with these established standards and policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse
