Complete the Application for employment. Please submit all completed forms to the Human Resources department in order to be considered for a position. You may e-mail to HR@ashleyhousekids.com, fax to: 360.216.2104 or mail to: 33811 9th. Ave South. Federal Way, WA 98003.
Once all required documents are received, a Human Resources representative will verify you meet the qualifications for the position you applied for. Upon verification, you will be contacted by someone in Human Resources to exchange additional information. Then, your completed application packet is forwarded to the hiring manager to be considered for an interview. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the hiring manager to set an appointment.
New employees may be hired as a per diem or full time staff. Per diem employees receive a 12% premium of base pay in lieu of benefits after successful completion of the introductory period. They may fill in shifts, help with appointment coverage or outings, or provide additional staffing when necessary.
If a bid shift is open, a new employee may be specifically hired to fill the bid. Full time bids are three (3) twelve and one-quarter hour shifts (12 ¼) at one of the Ashley House locations. Full time employees and some part time employees enjoy a full complement of benefits and competitive pay.
